We had trouble with our store front door mortise lock, it was jamming and each morning we had to struggle opening the store. Roy was out technician, showed up on time and was very helpful. Roy didn’t just fix the issue he showed us what caused the problem and explained how to avoid it in the future. Super friendly guy, easy to deal with and we were very impressed with his skill and attitude, overall it was a very good experience.
