I was facing an issue this morning with a jammed mortise lock at my office front door and couldn’t get in, Roy came within 30 minutes of calling like they said and handled the problem like a pro. He didn't waste any time and after lubricating the lock he finally managed to turn the key and open the door, then he disassembled the entire lock mechanism, replaced several damaged parts and reassembled it back on the door and had it working properly. He also made 2 new key copies at my request, and charge a very reasonable and affordable price, can't ask for a better service, thanks again Roy.

The Best locksmith company I ever used, reliable and professional and his work is guaranteed. Adam fixed my deadbolt few years ago and it still work perfectly, the office returns to my phone calls after few minutes and the prices reasonable and cheaper than other locksmith companies, Adam will never disappoint you thank you.

Dan came to help me very late on a Sunday night and he was very helped in this stressful situation. He knew what he was doing and open for me 2 locks on the front door of my house. The price little bit high $150 but I was desperate to back inside the house. Thank you Dan!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car, unfortunately not for the first time, so I called my favorite locksmith company and David was able to come and help right away. As many times before David was very kind and friendly and super fast too, price was awesome as always and I have only good words for these guys!

Called Los Angeles Lock & Safe when my front door deadbolt lock failed, the key turned inside the lock but the bolt wouldn't budge, Mickie showed up promptly and got it fixed, he even made 2 extra keys right there on the spot and charged me fairly, totally professional and reliable, highly recommended!

Our store experienced a break-in attempt last week and the front door mortise lock was damaged and we could barely use it. We immediately called Los Angeles Lock & Safe and Eli came out to assess the damage, the lock was in a very poor shape and all he could do is replace it with a new on. He installed the new lock quickly and efficiently, made sure the door was locking properly and provided as much keys we needed, while he was here Eli also rekeyed our back door and charge us a very reasonable price for the whole service, thank you so much Eli for everything!

I wanted to upgrade the front door locks and get those smart locks, so I went to Lowes and got the Schlage Touch electronic deadbolt and handle and called these guys to complete the installation. Ethan came right away, just 20 minutes after I called them and installed both very quickly, not only that he did a fantastic job, but he also explained everything well and showed me how to program the entry code, Ethan's price was straightforward and totally fair and he provided an excellent service, highly recommend him!

Charlie is a great guy and a very skilled locksmith technician, he was able to come in a short notice and fix our business front door mortise lock. Last night when we were about to close the key got stuck inside the lock and we couldn't get it out, Charlie arrived after only 20 minutes and with great precision and delicacy got the key, then he disassembled the lock replace a broken part inside the lock mechanism and completed the job by installing it back, his price was reasonable and the lock works perfectly, thanks guys for your quick respond and the great service.

Great same day service! I called them at 8AM and by noon I had Ron at my garage cutting and programming 2 new key fobs form my Nissan 370Z. I lost the only key fob for my 2015 GMC Yukon XL, but. I've used Los Angeles Lock and Safe service 2 times already and have never been disappointed. This time Ron came to solve a non-functioning  lock issue. The deadbolt on the back door that leads my garage was not working, I was able to turn the key but the bolt was not moving at all. Adam came to my location to diagnose my car ignition which I could not start the car when I turned the key. He explained me that the ignition damaged and he need to replace it, he did amazing job and was very helpful person and on top of that did not charge me for the service call thank you.

I was ready to get inside my truck this morning and drive to work, but to my big surprise my remote did not work, even after replacing its battery nothing happened, so I called almost any locksmith in my area looking for an available technician that could come right away and Roy from Los Angeles Lock & Safe was the most responsive, he was able to come within 30 minutes and all was needed to be done was reprogramming the remote. After he got it done, within about 10 minutes or even less, Roy has suggested to cut and program a new key fob that way I'll have a spare one for emergency situations. I have a 2011 Toyota Camry and I my only key fob is completely damaged and barely works anymore. After a break-in attempt I needed to change the locks on my front and back doors, Ethan the technician was able to set up the appointment for the same day and arrived exactly at 4PM as scheduled . Ethan is very knowledgeable and he also came prepared, he installed new state of the art high-security locks on both doors, Ethan explained that the locks are graded with ANSI 1 which is the highest performance level for door locks and that they have anti-pick and anti-bump capabilities, which made me feel safer already.
