After losing my keys on a trip to NY and having my car parked at LAX airport I was in a tight situation. I called several local locksmith's company, Pop-A-Lock included, and I was turned down until Los Angeles Lock and Safe answered my call and were very responsive. They gave me a 30mins time frame to arrive and 25mins later Roy came out to and programmed a new remote key for my 2016 Ford Explorer! I asked Roy if they have sevice at Chino so I can have my apartment unlocked as well, he said they certainly Have and provided me Zion's phone number. I called him directly and he told me to give him a 15 minutes heads up notice before I'm home, and so I did. Zion arrived and unlocked the door, he waved off the service fee as a courtesy discount! To sum it up it was a great experience after all! Highly recommend!
