I bought two smart locks online and called a few locksmith company to come and install it for me. I got refused so many times claiming that they won’t  install a lock if it is not bought through them!!! ☹ Then I talked to these guys and what an amazing customer service! David arrived 20 minutes later installed both locks and instructed me how to use the app as well.
