Roy was great! I called Los Angeles Lock and Safe and booked him a week in advance. An hour before he called to confirm and showed up on time! That’s already a very good start! I needed 5 locks rekeyed. He was able to rekey all the locks in less then 45 minutes!! He made sure and double checked that all the locks are working correctly, he was very kind and polite … such a gentleman! Will definitely call them again and use their services!!!
