Diligent, knowledgeable, efficient and personable, Jordan came to help us when we lost our keys, he was quick and showed up in less than the 30 minutes timeframe his office gave us and he unlocked the door within couple of minutes then he rekeyed both locks handle and deadbolt and made 3 extra copies of the new key.
