I called in a panic at least 5 different places because my apartment’s deadbolt lock was stuck and I couldn’t get it open. Ron, Los Angeles Lock and Safe technician showed up after 13minutes, he calmly explained to me what is need to be done in order to fix it and got the job perfectly done within 5 minutes more or less. He said that the lock is a little worn out and if it happens again we should consider to replace it. I appreciate Ron’s quick response and his super professional approach!
