Kobi was the tech who came to install a new Schlage smart deadbolt lock I had purchased online. Kobi is very knowledgeable and while installing the new lock he also explained how to operate it and guide us on how to setup the entry code and how to change it. He also gave us a lesson on home security and his best advice was to change the code at least 4 times a year.
