After a break-in attempt I needed to change the locks on my front and back doors, Ethan the technician was able to set up the appointment for the same day and arrived exactly at 4PM as scheduled . Ethan is very knowledgeable and he also came prepared, he installed new state of the art high-security locks on both doors, Ethan explained that the locks are graded with ANSI 1 which is the highest performance level for door locks and that they have anti-pick and anti-bump capabilities, which made me feel safer already. Ethan did a great job and I couldn’t be more grateful for his service, highly recommend him!
