Eli is a great locksmith technician, he was very responsive and was able to come immediately to fix our front door mortise lock cylinder  at out business. This morning when we opened our business the key got stuck and refuses to go out, Eli came out within 30 minutes and gently got the key out with a special tool, then he rekeyed the lock and provided 5 extra key copies as we requested, thanks Eli for your fast respond and for your dedicated service.
