Charlie is a great guy and a very skilled locksmith technician, he was able to come in a short notice and fix our business front door mortise lock. Last night when we were about to close the key got stuck inside the lock and we couldn’t get it out, Charlie arrived after only 20 minutes and with great precision and delicacy got the key, then he disassembled the lock replace a broken part inside the lock mechanism and completed the job by installing it back, his price was reasonable and the lock works perfectly, thanks guys for your quick respond and the great service.
