We scheduled an appointment and Ethan called to let us know he can come earlier because another customer has cancelled his appointment, which was very appreciated. Ethan arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly understood what we needed and install new door handle and deadbolt lock. He made us 2 extra keys on top of the 3 keys that came with the new locks free of charge and his price was absolutely fair and reasonable, would definitely recommend him to others and use his services without a doubt.
