I was facing an issue this morning with a jammed mortise lock at my office front door and couldn’t get in, Roy came within 30 minutes of calling like they said and handled the problem like a pro. He didn’t waste any time and after lubricating the lock he finally managed to turn the key and open the door, then he disassembled the entire lock mechanism, replaced several damaged parts and reassembled it back on the door and had it working properly. He also made 2 new key copies at my request, and charge a very reasonable and affordable price, can’t ask for a better service, thanks again Roy.
