David was very respectful and courteous, he came to help me getting back into my apartment after I had lost my keys, not only he made everything so easy and stress-less, but also rekeyed the door and made me two new sets of keys right there on the spot, very reasonable price and totally reliable service, would definitely recommend Los Angeles Lock & Safe!
